Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre is a new-build 4-star hotel located adjacent to the latest large scale mixed-use development in Manchester, Circle Square, which is due for completion in 2022.
Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre has 278 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, an on-site coffee shop plus a residents’ fitness suite.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with USB charge points, Chromecast TVs, rainfall showers and tea & coffee making facilities.
Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre has two dedicated meeting rooms, both air-conditioned with natural daylight.
Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre is located in Charles Street, a four-minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road station, less than a ten minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and less than 15-minutes from Manchester Central Convention Complex.

New Hotel planned in Chester
Plans have been submitted for a new 162-bedroom hotel in Chester. The new hotel would be located at 1-13 Frodsham Street in Chester city centre. The new hotel would replace outdated shops on Frodsham Street.
The hotel proposals include a top-floor restaurant with a rooftop balcony overlooking the city walls and Chester Cathedral.
The style and finish of the hotel will be designed to attract the growing 'lifestyle' sector, incorporating the best elements of boutique hotel design.

Stanwell Hotel by Mercure opens
Stanwell Hotel by Mercure has just opened - less than two miles from London Heathrow Airport.
Stanwell Hotel by Mercure has 53 bedrooms all furnished with a flatscreen TV, a desk, ensuite bathroom, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities. It is a contemporary hotel with an onsite car park, free wi-fi, a fitness suite. Zamoras restaurant serves an all-day menu.
Stanwell Hotel by Mercure has four meeting and events rooms with the largest seating up to 40 guests.
Stanwell Hotel by Mercure is located just off the M25 with good links to both the M3 and M4 motorways.

Plans for new Birmingham Aparthotel
Plans are afoot to regenerate a historic Birmingham hotel. The building is the Murdoch Chambers & Pitman Building on Corporation Street in the city centre.
It first opened in the late 1880s as a vegetarian restaurant and hotel. Indian independence campaigner Mahatma Gandhi is believed to have once dined at the venue.
The hotel now stands empty, apart from two fast food outlets on the ground floor.
Plans, if approved, would see the building converted into an aparthotel with 136 units.

St Regis Hotel coming to London
The Westbury Mayfair Hotel in London is set to relaunch next year under Marriott’s St Regis Hotels and Resorts brand. It will be the first St Regis branded hotel in the UK.
Plans would see an extensive redevelopment and transformation of the former Westbury Mayfair Hotel, with the addition of an eighth floor.
St Regis London is expected to open in 2023 with 196 bedrooms and suites. Design plans include a signature restaurant, speakeasy jazz bar, fitness centre and spa. St Regis London will have two meeting and events spaces accommodating around 100 delegates in each
St Regis London will be located on the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street in central London – 450 metres from Oxford Circus tube station.
Marriott International currently operates 16 properties under the St. Regis brand across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

One Hundred Shoreditch opens today
One Hundred Shoreditch is set to replace what was once Ace Hotel in London. It opens today 3rd March 2022.
One Hundred Shoreditch includes 258 bedrooms and suites plus a restaurant, a coffee shop and a variety of bars.
Bedrooms range from Studio Rooms to Studio Suites. All have wi-fi, a television, tea and coffee, black out blinds, bathroom amenities, mini fridge with treats, plenty of plugs (including USB), a safe, air conditioning plus filtered still or sparkling drinking water.
One Hundred Shoreditch offers five dedicated meeting and events spaces. The One Hundred Room is the largest with 600 sq-ft of space plus floor to ceiling windows boasting panoramic views across the City of London.
One Hundred Shoreditch is located at 100 Shoreditch High Street, a short walk from Shoreditch Overground station and close to Old Street Tube station.
