The Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites in London’s Stratford are set to be rebranded under two Hyatt brands: a Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House will both share the building. The building is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment.

Hyatt Regency London Stratford will have 225 bedrooms and suites plus a restaurant, bar and an open-air terrace. It will also include extensive meeting and events spaces.

The Hyatt House London Stratford will have 127 apartment-style suites each fully equipped kitchens and flexible workspaces. The hotel is designed for the extended stay market.

Other Hyatt properties in London include Hyatt Regency London – the Churchill, Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport, Great Scotland Yard hotel, Andaz London Liverpool Street, Hyatt Place West London Hayes. Outside London their portfolio includes: Hyatt Regency Birmingham, London Hayes, Hyatt Centric Cambridge, Hyatt Regency Manchester and Hyatt House Manchester.

The two Hyatt Hotels will benefit from the launch of the new Queen Elizabeth Crossrail line, due to open mid-2022. It will feature a super-fast journey from Heathrow Airport to Stratford in around 45 minutes.
