A Grade listed building in Liverpool is set to be brought back to life in the form of a 43-bedroom hotel.
Plans have been approved for another new hotel in Liverpool. The hotel is due to be built at St John's House, a Grade II-listed building which currently comprises vacant office and restaurant space.
The plans would see the basement and part of the ground floor converted to a reception, bar and restaurant with 43 bedrooms planned on the upper floors.
St John’s House is located in Queen Square in the heart of Liverpool, a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station.
We will monitor its progress.
