Hoxton Hotel group is launching a dedicated ‘co-working’ brand at its new Hoxton Southwark Hotel which is due to open in central London later this year.

The concept dubbed ‘Working From_’ will include 744 desks across seven floors, interspersed with meeting rooms, kitchens as well as hotel bedrooms.

Hoxton Hotel Southwark will operate a flexible multi-tiered membership structure at ‘Working From_’ depending on the member’s requirements. They can simply share a desk or use a private suite or even an entire office in the case of a fully operational startup company.

Other benefits of ‘Working From_' include “duvet days” for people who want to work from bed for the day and special overnight room rates for members who are working late into the night.

Hoxton Hotel Southwark will also feature 192 bedrooms, five meeting rooms, a wellness studio plus a garden. The wellness studio will offer yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Additional facilities will include showers, lockers, bike storage and a members’ café.

Hoxton Hotel Southwark is located in Blackfriars Road, a three-minute walk from Southwark tube station and five minutes from London Waterloo East station.
