Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa has just reopened following its temporary closure for a £5.6million refurbishment; the aim of which was to “modernise and refresh” the 16th century manor hotel.
The majority of Billesley Manor’s 71 bedrooms have been updated both in terms of decor and in-room technology. The refurbishment has included the hotel’s public areas particularly the library which has now been renamed the ‘As You Like It Lounge’ as a nod to William Shakespeare who is understood to have written the play of the same name there.
The grounds of Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa, which include an 11th century church, have also been re-landscaped.
Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa is located in Alcester, three miles from Stratford on Avon in Warwickshire.
