Amanda Couchman: Conference Manager:
Amanda has an encyclopaedic knowledge of conference venues having checked and viewed conference venues full time for the last fifteen years. This, coupled with superb negotiating skills ensure clients always get the best venues at the best rates.
Caroline Drake: Conference Manager:
Caroline has been with Choice Locations for six years. She joined when Choice Locations bought-out Impact Conferences where she had been Conference Manager for several years. Caroline is a great addition to the team and she is now the office gardening expert as well. ‘Read my blog and watch my allotment grow’ says Caroline.
Tracy Slater: Reservations Manager:
Tracy joined Choice Locations seven years ago as a travel industry 'virgin'. Since then she has got to know virtually every major hotel in the UK. She knows their strengths and weaknesses and their willingness to negotiate. A good contact for your files.
Joanne Harvey: Reservations (picture arriving shortly)
Joanne has joined us from Arrival Conferences. Joanne joins us with five years experience booking mainly hotel accommodation. Hence she has superb knowledge of the UK hotels, together with where and how to get the best rates for the transient traveller and for groups.
Caroline Kearney: Reservations and Accounts
Caroline or 'CK1' as she is known in the office has been with Choice Locations for four years. She has excellent experience of UK hotels plus knowledge of the major European ones

Alison Walker: Business Development Manager:
Alison has worked for Choice Locations for over seven years following a successful sales career with Millennium Copthorne Hotels. Alison, like all senior members of the Choice Locations team, has great experience and knowledge of the meeting industry.

Sally has spent more years than she cares to admit to in the hotel industry - on 'both sides of the fence'. She worked for several hotel groups before starting her own hotel booking agency. and provide impartial advice about them to our clients. We do not promote any hotel group over another; we simply provide the best options at the best rates in the chosen location.
