Choice Locations will search and locate venues for meetings, conferences, seminars, training sessions, AGMs, exhibitions, team-building activities and interviews. We will search worldwide depending on our clients’ requirements. We book hotels, conference centres, sporting venues and all manner of ‘unusual’ venues from a tree-house to a castle.
Choice Locations book hotel accommodation for the transient visitor or for groups – worldwide. We have access to an online hotel booking tool which enables us to check hotel rates around the world and book them instantly. It ensures a rapid response to all enquiries.
Choice Locations will forward options to our client with fully costed details to enable them to decide which venue best suits their objective. Choice Locations will then book the venue and arrange the follow up paperwork and contracts where necessary.
